You have more important tasks than worrying about voucher fraud.
It’s tradeshow season and this week we’re headed to Memphis, TN for the 2017 National Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) Association Technology Conference, September 26 – 28. Located at Booth 316, we’re excited to network with our current customers and share our fraud-resistant voucher technology with those not familiar with us.
The purpose of this conference is to “network, share, and learn about technology for WIC’s future”. We plan to do just that.
There are three main components to a WIC voucher solution:
TROY’s voucher printing technology is comprised of a TROY MICR Printer and TROY MICR Toner or Ink, developed specifically for each model. To ensure a reliable voucher every time, we match critical characteristics of the printer and MICR to ensure a consistent, high level output.
For fraud and counterfeit security we recommend TROY MICR Toner Secure which releases a red stain if chemical alteration is attempted. We are the only MICR supplier offering this tamper-resistant toner technology.
Increase fraud protection with a user-defined, variable data watermark which prints diagonally on the voucher. This state-of-the-art feature* also deters voucher alteration.
Prevent unauthorized access to voucher stock, whether preprinted or blank, with locking paper trays. Locks are custom designed for each model. In addition, shielding is installed on the top of trays to prevent access to the paper from the back of the print.
At the booth this year is Nathan Holstein, Direct Marketing Manager, Brian McMillen, North America Enterprise Sales Manager, and Ron Sparks, Sales Manager. With over 20 years’ experience between the three, they are your resource for all your WIC voucher printing needs. Brian McMillen has directly worked with several WIC offices across the US and is happy to share the successful implementation, tailored for each office need.
The ability to print vouchers on-site is very appealing. You gain control of your print environment, plus you can switch from expensive preprinted vouchers to blank security stock. This change alone improves security by reducing chain of custody processes, which saves time and money. With 46 years of MICR expertise, nine of the Top 10 US Banks utilizing our MICR solutions, plus WIC offices in Colorado, New Jersey and New York (just to name a few), our clients have confidence in the consistent readability of their payments and security against fraud.
Stop by Booth 316 to see how your office can modernize vouchers with fraud prevention solutions to keep printed voucher data secure and parents happy.
